Our stay was amazing! The staff here are absolutely fantastic and it’s an easy walk to anywhere in central Merida! We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to people looking for a nice reliable spot!
Generally it was good the only downfall were the doors and showers. The doors did not seem very secure like anyone could break in if they tried to and the shower floors were made of a material that didn’t seem appropriate for showers and build up of mold could be seen in the corners + there was no shower curtain.
The location was excellent for downtown Merida. The staff was excellent and very helpful.
Nanay Romero was just marvelous. She and the entire staff went beyond any expectations in customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable about things to do and how to get around.
24 hour free coffee was a definite plus. Parking is very convenient.
This hotel have a great customer service, comfortable and clean beds. The personal very helpful with tourism information options. Also fresh coffee and water as appreciated.
