The staff was very nice and accommodating, they moved our reservation one night as we had a major situation on the highway and could not arrive on the first day when we planned to arrive. We were very grateful for the hotel’s flexibility and not charging for the date change. The hotel is in the heart of Oaxaca city, one block from the cathedral. Rooms are comfortable, pleasant although most have windows to the central patio / corridors. Hence, the drapes always have to be pulled in. The central patio is very pleasant as well.

Location, staff and cleanliness were top notch. We really appreciated the rooftop terrace and the included breakfast.

Service was excellent! Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is in great condition, very well decorated and maintained. It's not all plush and luxurious, but it is attractive and comfortable (and much less expensive, so very good value). The terrace is a great place to eat or have a drink after a long day and has good views of the mountains and city.

Excellent location, super friendly and helpful staff. Everything you need to visit in the city is within walking distance.

It was very centrally located. It was near an Oxxo, the Centro and the cathedral. My parents were first timers in the city and loved it
