The hotel has a great location off the Plaza Principal in the historic district. It's walkable or a short Uber to everything you'll want to visit. The rooftop is very nice, pleasant to sit there in the evening and the staff was nice. No problems with cleanliness or noise.

This was a great stay, close to all the main attractions in Merida, the pool (partially under roof was a great plus, when coming back with the kids after a long day walking the city or coming back from the archeological sites). The staff was great and really helpful with local suggestion, and the parking even though it's three blocks away from the hotel, was really secure.

I really enjoyed my stay, the place was super clean and everyone was very friendly - I will definitely be back!
