The staff catered to us as if we were their only guests. We felt welcomed and appreciated for being there.

Our stay was simply perfect. Carmen and the staff were super friendly & the Chilaquiles for breakfast were super tasty.. The hacienda with the pool is a little paradise in San Miguels lovely old town. Very spacious & quiet rooms with very comfortable beds.

The location is outstanding, just minutes from the main square. The exceptional breakfasts made for a wonderful start to our day. Breakfast of fresh fruit, breads and a selected entree were delicious and served in a beautiful courtyard setting. The room was simply but well-appointed with high-quality soap and shampoo and an excellent shower.

Location was great, hotel was clean and had a/c which is needed in the summer in SMA. Bed was comfy, staff were excellent. Noise level is reasonable for SMA. Staff did a great job at organising transportation to a vineyard we had booked.

The place is very cozy and very beautiful. Everything was clean and organized and the terrace is just great.

My stay was delightful. The room was extremely spacious and beautiful. During the night there were some noise but it didn’t disturb my sleep. The property is pet friendly and the whole staff was very lovely with my dog. Our reception was great and very smooth.

The terrace is a must when you stay here. It’s a great vibe and the food is delicious.

Also, location couldn’t be better.
