Location location location!! 2 blocks off of 5th Avenue, close to great grocery/department store Chedraui. Beach is only a 10 minute walk. Many great restaurants ranging from inexpensive to expensive. Many bars and shops. The roof pools were great with many chaise lounges and tables. Pool bar was a nice touch

Great apartment with great Internet for virtual work. Great AC units. The location is amazing. Far enough way from the buzz of 5th Ave, but close enough to it and to the beach. Major grocery store right next door. Rooftop pools were great.

The owner was very responsive and helpful withn a very short time. I would definitely stay there again!

The location is perfect! Ipana is located on calle 38, very close to shopping,5th Ave , entertainment, restaurants and other amenities. It's a short walk to the beach and the ADO terminal is a short taxi ride. It's a quiet complex and our unit was modern and very clean. The condo came with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The concierge is very friendly and engaging and they were so very helpful with recommendations. The property is very safe and I felt extremely comfortable venturing out in the neighborhood. The rooftop pool is wonderful (there are four!) Very clean, quiet and peaceful. Good internet service.

We loved the location. Close to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The weather was not great because of high winds for many of the 9 days we stayed in Playa del Carmen. So having the 3 rooftop pools with a pool bar was an added bonus since going to the beach was difficult. The apartment had everything you would need to cook. The balcony was great to sit on in the early morning and evening. If you’re looking for a great place and a great value look no further. Ana is very helpful and quick to respond.
