there was a leak inniur bathroom but staff made an effort to make up for it. We were transferred to a different room and was offered some freebies. They called and checked us everyday as well.
Staff was excellent and the resort was sparkling clean!
It was a convenient location. The staff was very nice.
The location and the view I want to recommend the higher hotel floor with ocean view.,Miss Derli that works with Kristal promotion departamant gives us a excellent treatment and I do recommend her to anyone who would like to have the best vacation time in cancun mexico.
