I loved my stay at the Playa Canek Hotel! I stayed in the penthouse which felt like a treat! The hotel is well kept, and has a great bohemian feel. The staff was the best! Aranza at the front desk is so kind and helpful. The vibes at the beach bar were great with good music, with a fun bartender Gonzalo. The driver Rafael was super, taking me to Cenotes each day. The hotel is located near a lot of shops, places to eat, and near the heartbeat of Tulum. I highly recommend this hotel. I will certainly be coming back. Thanks!!!

The staff was so helpful, they couldn’t find my reservation that I made through Booking and they were so kind and reassuring until it was worked out. The room was comfortable.

Super close to bars, restaurants, cute boutiques and pharmacies. The bar on site was amazing. Great service and drinks. The main road is so lively and lit at night. Very pretty. Our kids had a blast being so close to water and being able to go in when ever they wanted.

Beachside location. The staff espicially Mauricio is amazing and helpful. The owner Bruno is very cheerful as well. The best part is they have an in-house bar on the beach.
