Friendly staff. When we got to the room, there was no soap . We requested it but it took some time.
A fabulous atmosphere and location! Would recommend it!
I had cycled 100km to reach the hotel and as i approached the entrance, the door opened and I was greeted by two members of staff who welcomed me in, helped with my bags and showed me to my room. I had an incredible bath and headed down to dinner. Huge shout out to Mitch who looked after me, I ordered the days special and the chef brought it out to me and said "big portion for a big bike ride" - I honestly felt so looked after and cared for. The room was super comfortable, and again, the bath was incredible. The hotel itself is super interesting and very well designed and decorated throughout. It was a dream, honestly. A highlight of my 8 day bike ride!

Really good surprise about the location and the castel decoration. The room was big enough. A really great vibe and a nice team ! I would recommend.
