Incredible location!! Walk to plenty of shops, restaurants, & attractions. Can’t beat the tram being at your doorstep! Staff was great to work with, going above & beyond for us. Plenty of room with 3 bedrooms & 2.5 baths. Note that this is a 2-story apartment (at least #703 was), and bedrooms were upstairs. Love having a washer/dryer in the unit! The heated blankets were such a nice touch!!

The location was great. The apartment was spacious, neat, and comfortable.
The location was perfect. Perfect for a family of 5 or 6. Walking distance to the Margaret Mahy Playground, city shopping and right on the doorstep of the tram. Clean and tidy with plenty of board games to the kids entertained.
Location is excellent. Very neat and clean. Had everything a family needs. 10 out of 10 for this property. Alison was really helpful and even organized extra parking for us.
