Hearter 👍during winter time，room clean ＆ quiet. Staff is friendly
The location was excellent and the young man at the desk (Aurel) was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. We were given a free upgrade to a more spacious room and a separate bedroom for my daughter, which we appreciated. It was a clean place with lots of amenities and an easy parking spot right outside our room.
Location, size of room, kitchen facilities, comfortable bed, large spa bath, reasonably quiet given location on Bealey Ave.
Aural at the front desk was extremely helpful. This is an older facility but is in excellent shape & super clean & well maintained.
Very comfortable room. Basic but everything we needed.
Aerual was so helpful at check in and on departure gave us some tips on places to visit on our last day in NZ
