This is a fabulous penthouse apartment, centrally located in Queenstown! The kitchen is fully outfitted and there is a fabulous sunset view out over the lake from the balcony, and the entire living area with fireplace. There is an entrance from the lobby of the building into the Speight's Alehouse located on the first floor!
We loved the apartment and its location! Also, the fireplace was really nice.
Both bathrooms were very clean and large and heated floors were also really nice.
We truly appreciated the private parking spot!! Invaluable.

The location was perfect, very central to everything. The view was spectacular. The room was very comfortable
Great unit, central location- neat clean and well appointed.
Location - was perfect
The Property manager was excellent in sorting a problem we encountered on arrival and the Plumber was excellent in fixing the problem so we could enjoy the rest of our stay. I only mention it as things happen - but when you are on holiday you want them sorted right away.. And our problem was sorted promptly
