Everything was close by and it was warm and comfortable
We stayed the same hotel in Auckland in 2024 and we loved it. So, we decided to stay the same hotel chain in Queenstown and we were not disappointed. What we love about the hotel is for sure the washer & dryer in the room. We have been travelling for the more than 10 days and it was great that we can do our laundry in the room. The room facilities are fantastic and appreciate the view in the morning of the snow covered mountains surrounding the hotel.
Jay is the good person, easy to communicate and flexible
Upgraded to larger unit with washing machine and dryer.
It was a spacious room with a living room and a small kitchen. Especially, We loved because it had a washing machine and a dryer in the room. It was really helpful. Also good location near the airport.
