-Fabulous location - 5 min drive from the Waitomo caves
-Very friendly host and easy check-in/check-out
-The apartment was a bit outdated and simple, but it had everything we needed for a night's stay: it was spacious and great for families.
-The bathroom was huge, albeit a bit cold (we were here in winter). Couldn't find how to make it warmer other than use one of the space heaters from the room, but it didn't bother me too much.
I booked this room last minute, and it met all of our needs. The staff was very friendly and informed us of a glowworm cave we could visit for free. The room was clean and warm.
Perfect stay and value for a family. The staff was amazing about giving recommendations too!
