Helpful staff - reception and shuttle bus driver and cleaning staff.
Good service provided with shuttle bus from Auckland International Airport, even though I was the only customer at that time.
Very good clean, crisp, fresh bed linen and bathroom towels.
Surprise upgrade to having a kitchenette - most appreciated.
Outdoor pool, clean water. Seating outside for snacking.
Good location in a residential area close to the airport. Walkable to groceries and food places. Quiet. Wonderful staff. I would stay here again.
we flew in from Australia arriving early morning, and needed somewhere to have a quick sleep before exploring Auckland - Oakwood Manor Lodge was very good price and located close to the airport. Staff very friendly and gave us a late check-out for free.

Stuff really nice people they helped my husband,they drop him off to the airport and also picked him up on time,our family always stay here when we go to Auckland
