The house was clean and fully equipped. Great location with quiet surroundings.

The location is ideal, being in a side street in a quiet suburb, in walking distance to a shopping village and a regular bus to town. The accommodation is roomy, and the bathroom and toilet are clean. There is no off-street parking but the street is tree-lined, with shady parking available on both sides.

Simple breakfast like oats and cereals, crackers, coffee, tea and milk powder & etc are provided FOC. The house is equipped with full kitchen utensils for cooking, coupled with washing machine and dryer! The location is about 5 minutes car ride to Christchurch Central.

The apartment style property was great, we were only there for one night but I would happily stay extra nights. Lots of space for a family with everything you need to cook meals and wash clothes etc. I think it was good value for a family especially with teens. It wasn't as central as some of our other Christchurch accommodation, definitely good if you have a car, but we were also able to make a very short walk to a local pub & convienance store etc. Good communication with owner and picking up keys etc. even if they weren't in country at the time.

There has been alot of thought into making this place a home away from home. Even had a chromecast washer and dryer.
