Extremely friendly hosts. greeted with a smile and provided everything I needed. They are willing to go the extra mile and help the guests. Most comfortable bed, very nice shower and easy to find property. Host provided all the instructions beforehand, which was very convenient and made my stay enjoyable. Good WIFI and clear instructions on how to connect was provided on the wall. Quiet and clean place. I would definitely recommend. Most affordable yet private place.

The studio was ideal for spending a combined work/ holiday week in Auckland. It was quiet and so conveniently located just 5 minutes walk to fruitvale road station and 15 mins walk to the centre of new Lynn for shopping. I loved that the microwave is also a convection oven so could heat pizza and pastry without the microwave effect. I could work from 'home' when I needed to.

It was very quiet peaceful and private and I was studying so it had a nice little table and own bathroom also a fridge and freezer to store food and microwave ,jug and toaster. Very safe neighborhood as I parked my car on the street with no problems , I didn't meet the host but they rang to make sure I got the key and were very friendly. Definitely would come here again as I had good privacy and felt at home, Suitable for solo traveller's or couples

Nice friendly host . room is very tidy and clean. A lot of appliance e. g. hair dryer, fridge, microwave, toast baker, kettle. Have a beautiful sleep.
