I really loved staying at the Mayflower cottage. It is so comfortable and elegantly decorated. Dianne provides many little luxuries that made me feel so pampered.
The cottage is lovely and in a great location. There were so many little extra touches that made me feel pampered. Dianne has put a lot of thought and skill into making the cottage extra special. I would highly recommend and will stay again.
We absolutely loved this cottage and wish we booked more than 1 night! We were able to walk down the street for dinner and wind down with a show at the end of the night. We loved how comfy the bed was and the black-out curtains - you'll be sleeping well! It's exactly as stated and even more comfy and cozy! Dianna is a super host and very accommodating!
The cottage was even more charming than the description and pictures provided. Dianne made the place warm and comfortable with everything I needed. Through a change of circumstances I was traveling alone and the place felt very safe. I did not have a car and there are no Ubers or Taxis in Te Anau. Dianne helped with my transportation issues by calling the tour companies and bus/transit company I was using and working out ways that I could meet at closer locations that were within walking distance - what a relief!!! I would not have known that these options were available, but she said let me see what I can do, and she did it!! I highly recommend The Mayflower Cottage and Dianne, without hesitation. I would definitely stay again if I were returning to Te Anau.
