Ramme Fjordhotell opens in December 2020 and is located in Hvitsten, 30’ minutes drive from Oslo. The exclusive hotel offers a high-standard experience and consists of two buildings, “Herberget” built in 1780s style and «Brenneriet» built in 1880s style. Ramme Fjordhotell rooms consist of double or twin-bedded rooms, as well as luxury suites. All are furnished with antiques and period furniture. All rooms have private bathrooms with free toiletries. Guests at Ramme Fjordhotell can enjoy a bar/lounge. The restaurant serves locally-sourced seasonal dishes. As an added convenience, Ramme Fjordhotell offer free WiFi and a 24-hour front desk. Amazing hotel, orangerie, garden, art, and Edvard Munchs summer house. Worth a visit!

Absolutely stunning hotel, very comfortable to stay
Very nice environment, quiet position and pleasant renovated buildings. Good breakfast, though the room is in a different building, so in case of adverse weather could be not very comfortable to exit outside before breakfast.
Very kind and collaborative personnel, reception open 24/24.
The staff were amazing - so helpful. They went the extra mile every time they could. It's a beautiful location, very interesting buildings and history. The hotel stay gave you free access to the garden 'Havlyst', which is a wonderful place. You can walk down to the villa on the fjord where Munch lived and painted for a number of years. A little further is the pretty village of Hvitsten. It's a very peaceful place. (Breakfasts are delicious of course).
