We celebrated my daughter's bday and they are pleasant enough to accommodate my request for complimentary bday cake. They even included a bowl of fruits which is really GREAT! Room services is very prompt! I also like that they have both beach and pool. I personally like beaches but my daughter prefer pools. Thus we both enjoyed! The beach is clean. There is pool bar which also a nice touch. The resort is not crowded when we went there which is great. All staff are very polite, accommodating and professional. The room is clean and have a jacuzzi bathtub which we all enjoyed. Breakfast is also great! The buffet spread is just right, they have good selection. Mostly healthy I would say, juices are fresh and they have plant based milk and yogurt for lactose intolerant like myself. The resort is also attached to AUH Mall which is amazing and very convenient.

What a beautiful hotel. 8 different restaurants, delicious buffet. Beyond attentive staff. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Beautiful pool with a beach as well. 10/10 would stay again.

I had such a wonderful experience in ROTANA with my family . We were all very happy with our staycation,especially their staffs front desk ms.Amna she was very nice and very polite.breakfast was very good and much more need to be changed.

I loved everything about it. It was 2 minutes from the bus terminal, you have direct access to Abu Dhabi Mall from the hotel. The beach club is perfect.

Breakfast was excellent! And I enjoyed an excellent dinner at Finz.
