All travelers arriving from China must have a negative result from a PCR test taken within 48 hours before departure for the UAE and present a health declaration form upon arrival.

Extra bed for children under 12 years: 34 USD per day. Extra bed is available only in Premium Room, not in Superior Room. Sofa (complimentary) is available only in Marjan Island Suites.

The hotel would like to inform about the construction that is happening outside Pullman Resort Al Marjan.

Therefore:

1. All rooms don’t have view on the construction; most rooms have a normal view without construction.

2. ⁠There is a minimum sound disturbance.

3. ⁠This is a common situation across hotels on Marjan Island since all plots across the island are being developed.

The hotel's beach remains completely open and undisturbed. The water pipeline work outside the hotel will conclude maximum by 5th of March 2025.

For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.

The hotel will be closed from June 20 to September 15, 2025.

Due to beach enhancement activities from Hampton to Rixos Bal al Bahar there might be some noise coming from large vehicles which means that rooms facing this area will experience some noise entering their rooms while these vehicles move around.

New Year's Eve Gala Dinner per adult: AED 799.00.

New Year's Eve Gala Dinner per child from 6 to 12 years old: AED 325.00.

From May 21, 2025, to June 15, 2025, construction activities will occur around the Al-Liwan restaurant and adjacent areas. Rubble removal is scheduled as part of early access works, with no activities on weekends or during the upcoming Eid holiday. Construction will take place daily from 11:00 AM to 05:00 PM, involving the use of noisy equipment. From 05:00 PM to 07:00 PM, work will focus on clearing rubble, which may lead to increased noise levels, especially for guests on the ground floor.

For safety, hoarding has been installed to separate the construction site from the pool area. A net has been set up above the work area to minimize the visual impact for rooms on higher floors.

During this period, meal operations have been moved to the Aysa restaurant, offering both indoor and outdoor dining options.
