Staff in general very cooperative. Helpful. Complimentary fruit basket and cookies with coffee were great.
Location staff meals all were great..hot water was available 24 hrs
Stayed at Maisonette Firhill Hotel for 2 days with my family. Location is at just 2 mins walking distance from Kashmir Point. Executive Suite was nice and clean. Mr Husnain on the front desk was very friendly and he made sure that we get everything we need in a timely manner. I still think 40K for 2 nights is a little bit higher for the facilities but I like staying near Mall road but also not too near so Maisonette was the perfect place.
Space was spacious to make us comfortable. Room privacy was also a key factor and you wouldn't be disturbed with other occupants. Good parking space with 24-hours security makes our stay peace of mind.
Everything was great, they did a mini suprise for a couple birthday thanks to them for arranging it beautifully
