Yohanna, who works in the on-site restaurant, is an absolute gem. We spend between a quarter and a third of a year in hotels and she absolutely stood out as being particularly friendly and always went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and have a good time.
Apart from that, the hotel seems to be getting regular updates despite its age. Checking in a little early was no problem, the room was spacious and generally clean (with the exception of what is described below). Breakfast was good and varied, and the restaurant had some nice choices for lunch and dinner as well. Luggage storage for 2 nights to San Blas was no problem.
The great friendly atmosphere and great facilities
Room was very comfortable with a wonderful shower, comfortable beds and good size.
Parking was very nice in compare to other hotels - east to get in and out.
Very good gym as well.
The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I went to my meetings easily and it was close to everything.
