I love everything from the warmth of the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel

Location was convenient in El Congrejo neighborhood. Walkable to metro, restaurants and a few casinos. Malacon about one mile away. Friendly staff. Good breakfast to start the day. Clean rooms.

I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was exceptionally clean, everything worked and was well maintained. Hotel while being in a busy area was very quiet Staff is very friendly and helpful.

A pleasant hotel and nice settings nice soft music in the lobby enjoyable for every age bracket to enjoy very peaceful and comforting. The staff were friendly and succeeded in all the expectations that we had. Definitely loved the location. Everything is near and is walking distance supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, shopping areas, laundries, barbershop, car rental agencies you name it. It's safe to roam the streets even at night. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. I just wish it had more lightning in the bedroom area instead of the night stands, but other than that, my family and I enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend we will be back!
