Very friendly 24-7 availability from the staff. They let us check in really early after our overnight bus arrived. Great location she value for Puno near Transit and restaurants
Very friendly staff, the lady even organized our trip to lake titicaca for a cheap price, good location, excellent price, shared kitchen to use, shared bathrooms on each level, we recommend and would stay again
Absolutely great value for money. Nice and friendly staff. Nice and tidy room clean showers with hot water. Nice kitchen on every floor. They allowed us to leave our backpacks with them until the evening.
