The staff is super friendly. They prepared hot water bottles for us because we were so cold one evening. Free tea is available all day in the lobby. The rooms were clean and the location is very central. We were able to leave our luggage in storage after checking out. Breakfast includes fresh juice, tea, coffee, bread, eggs, jam, butter, and some fruit.

The staff was really nice Breakfest is small but ok. Nice room but its not sound proof at all. Good for the price, excelent location

Everything is perfect, the location, the staff. And surprisingly, the room is warm compared to other places I've stayed at a few places in the high altitude region in Peru, and Huaytusive is the only place that I didn't ask for a room heater.

Everything. They were so nice to let me into the room sooner, because my bus ride arrived at 4:30 at Puno and I could rest a little bit before the tour. The room was great. The location was very good too. The people were so kind and helpful with everything that I needed.
