I regularly stay here when in Arequipa. This was my fifth or sixth visit. Great people in a comfortable setting. Very quiet. Easy access to downtown if you like to walk. The hotel is great on getting a taxi if you prefer.
Lovely place, beautiful garden. Great breakfast, fresh eggs, fruits etc. It is very quiet, about 15 min walk to mean square, but you have greenery, no cars honking and do on. Rooms are big, big shower.
Location and overall atmosphere. Property was beautifully landscaped with fragrant, blooming, and fruit bearing plants. Property was quiet making for relaxation and peaceful space. Staff was attentive, professional, and friendly.
