The exclusions were fantastic - worth every penny and will remember all of them. Manuel was really a fantastic tour guide. We didn’t even use the pool (which was beautiful) we were so busy

Rooms, convenience of tours, views, staff, food, peacefulness,cleanliness, driving through Puerto Maldonado. Breakfast was average but good enough. Coffee always available. Pick up and drop of service to airport, tours being arranged by hotel, Claudia who helped us alot, Fernanda who always had a warm greeting smile. Kayaking and Sunset tour were amazing. Tour guides were all professional and pleasant.

Beautiful setting. Outstanding staff. They were all hard-working and very kind. The food in the restaurant was good. We enjoyed the variety of people - people from many different countries. The bed was very comfortable and appeared to be a new mattress. We were very appreciative of the air conditioning in our room as we had just spent some days in the jungle, and it had been very damp and uncomfortable. The air conditioner was such a nice break!
