The reception team was amazing Carlos the overnight counter person was very helpful and profesional. The reception manager a lady who I forgot her name was A1 service and also very helpful and profesional.
Special mention to Luis Montes Jara who helps with the maintenance but is a real profesional on the customer service side. My kudos to him and advise the management that they should invest on him. He really have a potential for the business
I liked everything! Warm room, hot shower, lovely toiletries, friendly staff, great breakfast and dinner in the bar by a roaring log fire. Great price too.
El ambiente, la comida, la hospitalidad , fuimos al lp expresa solo una noche, todo muy bien
La calidad del hospedaje en funcion al costo, su ubicacion es muy buena, a la entrada de Tarma, con amplio espacio para estacionar, personal muy amable, realmente se puede descansar en un ambiente tranquilo sin mayores ruidos.
