The hotel is an architectural gem. It is also brand new. Perfectly planned for its interior space., each room has an air and light chimney to the sky. All spaces are decorated in color. Masterful use of glass created a sense of light and space.
The property was brand new, only a couple of weeks old. The woodwork and the finishing of the hotel and rooms was excellent with nice details. The hotel had all the modern amenities and was warm and inviting. We were traveling for three weeks, and this property had the most comfortable beds and most spacious rooms. We were made to feel especially welcome by Beto who cooked a delicious custom breakfast and was always very attentive to our needs and made our stay in Talavera a nice experience. He was very helpful with our trip planning to Pampachiri.
Good clean rooms with hot shower and a kettle!! Great Location and good secure parking in the hotel basement. A perfect overnight stay.
Muna hotel is modern hotel with a very comfortable room. Other good thing is an underground parking.
The hotel itself is brilliant. It is new and the build cost will have been significant as both the design and the finishes are not the cheapest. Apart from the design of the hot water system everything was perfect - sorry I used to design buildings... The price is OK except that this is Talavera. It was a stop over for us en route between Cusco and the coast and perhaps we missed something but Talavera is a dusty little nowhere town and the hotel is situated on a dusty little street in said dusty little tow. This is fine if you stay inside but if you want a coffee or to eat then there is only the dusty little town - chicken and chips shops. It's a shame because you don't go to a 4star boutique hotel and then have to eat at a 1star restaurant.
