Perfect little rental for one or two people. I was able to stay in the one with a terrace which was nice to have. A good location near all the restaurants. I also walked from the train/bus station with my luggage. It was an easy walk. It’s a beautiful building as well with a wonderful staircase. My experience was that it was very quiet.

Great small studio in Katowice center for a decent price! Nespresso machine with capsules included. Bathroom is plenty!
Easy self-service check-in and check-out, excellent location in the city center, cozy room with a comfortable bed, small kitchen area with all necessary supplies, and clean, fresh towels and bed linens.
Location is great. Lots of restaurants around. Close to the train and bus station.
