The location was perfect for my conference needs, and facilities were good. Staff was lovely and are very patient as long as you communicate if your flight is late.

The hostel is restored recently and it looks new.
Staffs are so nice. The hotel is located right in front of the Silesian Theatre, in the middle of Rynek street. Getting anywhere in the city is relatively easy, and the main train station is located just 5 minutes away by walking.
It is located right next to the Christmas Market. Our room has such a nice view of the city. The staffs were so friendly and helpful. Bathroom is clean.
