Value and location (7 min walk to the main square(4 to old town)).
I was offered a free room upgrade, then another switch to a room (by 4 wings apartments in same building) because I wanted thicker curtains.
Rooms were clean.
I got a free 2,5 h late checkout.
Fridge didn't make noise.
Beds werent extremely soft or hard.
Airconditioning while a bit noisy the pitch wasn't bothersome.
Everything was good. But the tram is so loud and noise
Everything new, clean, amazing. Snack bar and stuff. They let me stay longer and didn't charge for that. I appreciate it
Amazing cozy hotel in the old town! Very comfy. Has everything you may need and even more. Many facilities! Fantastic atmosphere inside! Highly recommended!
The cleaner is very nice, friendly and helpful!!! The location is perfect, near to both the old town and Kazimierz district.
