Location is very good. Fast and easy to contact the owner.
A condo that feels like home, with two bathrooms, three bedrooms, a spacious and bright living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. You don't really need to bring anything extra; all the everyday essentials are provided. It's just a 3-minute drive to a large supermarket called Solmar, and we also enjoy leisurely walks to downtown where you can easily find great restaurants. We really love T3, and Carlos has made it very cozy. Our family will definitely come back here next time.
Owner was very proactive in sending information and pictures showing how to access the apartment, like the app to open the doors. Apartment is very spacious. Kitchen very well stocked, liked having a washing machine.
