An exceptional property that is modern, clean and provides all of the required amenities to feel like you’re at home- dishes, pots, iron, hair dryer, washer, crib, etc. Well equipped and VERY spacious for a single family or multiple families travelling with or without children. Air conditioning was key and safety features were greatly appreciated. Location is ideal as you are right in the centre of Ponta Delgada- walking distance to shops, restaurants, events and attractions. The apartment is quiet at night and tv/wifi allows for evening local entertainment. Paulo, the property owner, was exceptional in keeping in contact with us, before and during our stay, to ensure that we had everything we needed. We will definitely be recommending this apartment to family and friends and will book it again for our next stay. Thank you Paulo for assisting us in having a great vacation.

Very easy to access the keys to the property Hosts were very responsive. Very large apartment with a lot of room to roam around. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Full size kitchen, appliances and refrigerator were really convenient.

Centraal gelegen in een straat met een aantal goede restaurants ( reserveren noodzakelijk). Het appartement was ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien.
