Friendly and professional service. Everything was clean and neat and the hotel is beautiful. The hotel is central and there are restaurants within walking distance. I'd happily go back.
The woman working at reception was very friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had air conditioning which was wonderful.

New place in Elvas, I think the best! First of all, location, on the side of the main square of the old city, near the police station, very quiet and safe. I spent 3 nights there and got even the room I wanted to order but was unavailable, to my nice surprise. Room 102 in first floor with small terrace with seating was just perfect!
Very nice common area, 2 terraces are also accessible for guests, as well as coffee in the kitchen. Nice view from the rooftop terrace. In reception speak a little English but it was fine for basic communication.
Very good choice of place to stay indeed! Very recommended.
The place is exceptional value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful. Perfect location in the centre of everything. The facilities are spotlessly clean, modern and tastefully finished. To be honest when we paid such a low price we did not expect much and were really impressed on arrival. Would happily stay there again!
