I love this hotel! Whenever we need a place to stay in Covilha, we try to stay here. The staff is wonderful - helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The rooms are spotless and big. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is great. And the price is definitely ok!
The location is good, close to everything! But there is a bit of noise from the busy road in front.
The staff is really nice, everyone was very helpful and happy to help whenever needed.
Despite the pool being shared with external guests for classes, I found the pool and outdoor area quite pleasant.
We went as a weekend getaway with friends to relax and enjoy the mountains and spa facilities from the hotel. The breakfast was good, I do recommend the mini donuts, which were fabulous!.
We got some extra services from the spa itself (a massage and a facial), and the team was super professional and friendly, the pool was a bit crowded on saturday morning due to classes for kids but on sunday it was empty and nice.
This was our second stay and we loved the welcoming staff, comfy room and great dining.
Excellent hotel, everything was great, the breakfast was wonderful . I wouldn't stay at any other hotel.
