Great staff, great location, room was very comfortable/ big and clean.
The staff was very accomodating and pleasant, the location was great.
The Lady owner and her children were courteous and accommodating. The place is close to every important place in Porto.

Hotel was relatively easy to find and in a nice central location. Despite being in the middle of a busy pedestrianised area with plenty of bars nearby, there wasn't that much noise from outside. Receptionist was friendly and helpful.
