The location is perfect. It was a bit tricky to reach for the first time, but afterwards, it's just perfect. There is a shopping mall also under the hotel.
Excellent service at check in, the front desk helped me sort out a botched reservation.
Close to metro. Supermarket in the same building. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast

The price was very competitive. The hotel is on top of a a little shopping mall and fhe metro stop is very close.
Although it is far from all the tourist action it was easily accessible by metro and the mall is right there.
