Absolutely fantastic service from Paola and the team. They were more than accommodating when I asked for a late checkout and the driver for the shuttle was very friendly.
The facilities were amazing and clean and the cleaner was cleaning all round the clock to maintain this.
The resort is huge so the shuttle is needed but the Gramacho restaurant and supermarket is a short walk, say 5-7 minutes away from the residences.
The pool was lovely and the room was large and spacious and super clean.
