Modern building, friendly & efficient staff, good quiet lift system, nice clean room with comfy bed & pillows, excellent hot shower, mini bar (didn’t use), big tv on wall (didn’t use), good breakfast with plenty of choice, small downstairs bar. Easy to get hop-on-hop-off sightseeing bus from bus stop a few minutes walk from outside hotel. About 10 minute cobblestone-paved walk from Casa da Musica Metro station. Next door to a good cafe/restaurant/patisserie, plus a fish restaurant and another cafe - all useful, as hotel is a fair distance from the city centre.

Good hotel, excellent value. It is quite away from the tourist attractions, but if location is fine for you that’s a great place to stay. Staff is very nice and room is really comfortable.

The hotel was fabulous! It was even more luxurious than I had expected! The hotel is clean, elegant and sophisticated. The staff is helpful, friendly and professional. My room was very spacious and elegant. The bathroom was also huge! I stayed here for one night only, but I wish I could stay in the hotel forever! The breakfast was also a wonderful surprise - there were so many options to choose from.

The breakfast was very good. The location was in a nice area, close to our conference centre, very close to train and bus stations to visit the city as well.

It’s was clean, very spacious, comfortable and the staff very helpful.
