Comfortable bed. Great location. Helpful staff. Lovely public rooms. great ambience of a 15th century convent.
We loved the staff most but the facility, location, and overall experience was so enjoyable.

Nice updates that offered comfort to us.
The property, the Portuguese dining, the rooms, the size of the beds, the bathtub, the architecture, the quietness. Also liked that the staff was able to put us into contact with the balloon company so that we could do that and they were able to hold our breakfast a few extra minutes until we got back.!!!
And they were also kind enough to give us an extra hour for checkout, which we appreciated
