The Royal Porto City hotel is in city center downtown and close to many historical buildings. The room was very clean and comfortable.
The hardworking sweet lady in charge of everything: reception, cleaning, etc. The building is a beautiful piece of architecture. High ceilings and a wonderful open dome.
Central location.
The lady at reception was excellent and very easy to work with. She went out of her way to help us and was even able to provide us with a piece of luggage we required.
Nice older lady at the reception was very helpful <3
