The location is great. Right into the old town.
Parking is accessible, at a free parking lot nearby (1 min walk).
The Wifi is decent (5-10 mbps), with a stable connection.
Very comfortable bed/pillows.
Quiet location, but still close to all the sights. Good breakfast.
Amazing location. Lenard is one of the best receptionists I've ever had. Terrace is wonderful, as is the staff, and the breakfast is amazing especially for ten euros. Easy walk to the marina, old town, and shopping district, but just far enough to be quiet at night. They were super communicative with me from the moment I booked, to the second I checked in, always responding to messages within minutes. Room was clean and cozy. Lots of interesting bonus services of you need em. Will absolutely return to our new home base in Faro.
