We love the amazing customer service. No matter how busy the persons at the front desk were, they treated us well. They had a positive and kind attitude. Rita, Emily and Joanne were superb. I wish I could remember all the names but everyone we talked to was very polite and helpful. They went the extra mile to help us either answering any question or request we had. The cleaning service was good too.

Centrally located, the apartment made great use of available space. We loved the decor.

The location was amazing with food hall across the street and supermarket right downstairs. The front desk staff were very attentive and helpful. We will definitely return to this property.

Emily’s greeting was fantastic ! She took the time to point out points of interest and addressed all of our questions. Paulo was equally fantastic and made great recommendations for dinner! On top of the fantastic staff, the location was wonderful and facilities were beautiful, clean and comfortable.

The location was great and easy to walk to all the great restaurants and sites. They were very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and easy to find. They also stored our luggage securely in lockers on our last day. The fridge was great to store our drinks and they had ice trays. TV worked well and overall was a good base to explore the city.
