Incredible location- dont be afraid of the neighboring bars. The apt was in the back and quiet. Tastefully decorated without clutter, a/c’s were amazing, comfy beds and pillows.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and air conditioned. It was in a building that was much larger than it looks from the outside. Even though the building was on a popular/busy avenue (down the street from La Factoria and other bars/restaurants), the apartment was in the rear of the building so there was no noise whatsoever from outside. The building also had a little interior courtyard, but the apartment had its own little 2-person outdoor sitting area too. More than enough space for us (three persons) for our two night stay. Didn't notice if there were items provided in the apt. like coffee/shampoo/etc. since we brought our own toiletries and went out for breakfast. Down the opposite end of the building hallway, there was also a small balcony from which you could look down onto the street - great if it's busy at night and you want to listen to the outdoor music and watch the street activity without leaving the building.

The location is fabulous and the apartment is so comfortable. This property exceeded our expectations. We were in the heart of OSJ. At night, the street was bustling and partying, but my group heard none of it from our bedrooms. We were comfy, happy, and relaxed in our rental!

We were right on the strip of Sam Juan and walking distance to a lot of the beautiful sights of PR.

The location was central to all wonderful things in Old San Juan- we were there on a Saturday and walked a few blocks to the farmer's market. Quite lovely. We also had a wonderful ride from the property manager from the airport. Very fun and informative.
