Everything was nice and neat loved the view, love the staff, love the food, this was our first family vacation and this place definitely has us wanting to come back for sure. Everything in the area and the room was super convenient.

This is a great location. The beach is a short block away. Restaurants are a short walk away. The Condado Palm Inn San Juan, Tapestry Collection by Hilton has a pool with towels, hot tub, washing machines, and fitness center. A Walgreens and another convenience store, Caridad, are literally across the street. ITs an good location for singles, couples, or families. This is my third stay in 4 years!
Customer service was great. Accommodating our needs. When we checked in the property kept our luggage for us until the room was ready! Beach was easily accessible. Chairs and umbrellas were provided.
