Location near a short walking distance to all needs.
The outside balcony was an added bonus that allowed outdoor comfort anytime of the day.
Host very good with any needed communication.
Just perfect! Amazing location and very comfortable space. Very easy wall to the beach and tons of incredible restaurants (recommendations sent by host were very appreciated!), as well as convenience stores etc. Uber is about 10min/10usd to old Town San Juan, 5usd to playa el escambron and about 35usd to playa loquillo to venture out! Wifi was reliable and laundry was available on site, as well as basic products for kitchen and personal use (ie. Sunscreen, shampoo, etc).

Great price for hard to find two bedrooms in San Juan. We loved this location within walking distance of beach, many restaurants and a safe area. This is in a neighborhood with the real community of San Juan which we really liked.
The apartment is actually the upper level of a house, but two completely separate units.
It has a full kitchen, big living room, two nice bedrooms and bathroom with a shower that had plenty of hot water.
The apartment is a little dated, but clean and nice. We highly recommend it. It is street parking, we had no problems getting a spot right in front.
Apartment size is very good. I felt like at home. Centric location , near tourist area , airport, local area, all in one.
I loved everything about the space. It provided what it offered - tranquility. I was in the mix but also tucked away in a cozy, space. The apartment allowed a peaceful getaway from all the fun and action that is San Juan. This tranquility apartment is a great space for anyone who is coming to Puerto Rico for a mix of business and pleasure. I can't wait to stay here again!
