Nice interior court, where you could sit for breakfast, exceptionally friendly staff, very good breakfast buffet, very central location. Convenient Megamarkt store directly across, open until 24:00.
Great location, within walking distance of most attractions in Cluj (not that there are that many). We had the front triple room with windows on the street and we thought it would be noisy but it was actually very quiet. Room was huge. Older, shows it age but comfortable.
The hotel is in a great location and has secure parking (at a price.) The staff is very helpful and kind.

Everything! The staff was great, I messaged them on the night before ariving for a room upgrade. They were prompt and serious!
