I did my reservation when I come to the hotel they give me one room then I asked them for upgrade but they said you can’t!!! I found the room was very dirty and has not been cleaned after the previous client!!! Also, the person working in the reception was not professional. I did ask him to speak to the management of the hotel! He said the management was busy and have no time to speak to customers.!!!!!! I used to stay in his hotel most of my time for more than 5 years because the old management was putting the top priority their customers. I have pictures for insects that I found in the apartment if you want to see them.
