Two day Umrah Trip stay and amazing location. Staff. + Free Cart Hotel to Ajyad Street. Near to Haram hardly 5 minutes to Haram walk. If pick taxi 1 minutes maximum. Normal traffic Maximum taxi charge 10Sar to drop Haram gate. I like BW Hotel

Location was good, 10-15 mins walk to Haram. Had an issue with shower, the staff was very quick in resolving the issue which was very good.

The staff was very professional,friendly and helpful. They let is check in early and check out late. We travelled in a peak season but still they faciltated us in best way. Location is good because you can use the gold cart which takes one near haram and then a few minutes walk from haram. If compare to other locations, Ajyad and BW Hotel is on good location. Room service and other facilities are up to the mark. Again, all the staff was very helpful and cooperative.

Room facilities Daily makeup of tea, water etc. Room cleanliness comfortable beds. Cleaning service offered daily.

The rooms are very comfortable. The beds were great. The rooms were super clean, and newly renovated. The staff is friendly. We have extended our trip by a day and they audit us the same rate.
